Weekly weight loss

Hi. I have been following the 5:2diet for 4 weeks and until this week have had a steady weight loss of between 1 & 2lb. I have stuck to the regime this week in exactly the same way and have lost nothing at all. Is this normal? I weigh every Friday and my fast days are Monday and Thursday. Obviously it is the weight loss that spurs me on so thought the forum members could share their experiences for this week's motivation :confused:

A lot of people complain about that in about week 4. Just stick with it, and you'll most likely show a better drop next week so your losses still average about the same :-)

My husband and I have definitely noticed this for ourselves, there are weeks we lose nothing, but they're often followed by a better loss the next time.
