For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Good evening all.

Just read the FAQ's and ordered
The 5:2 Diet: Recipe Book,

They were on a bundle offer with Amazon so though what the heck.

I already do alot of exercise, I train and race triathlons, running races and cani X with my dog. I have 3 boys, eldest 17 and 9 year old twins.

Although I exercise I am not happy with my weight, and apparently if I weigh less I should go faster.

So I look forward to joining you all when my books arrive

Hi has2tri, welcome to the forum. by the time you get through that list you should know a great deal about 5:2 fasting:-)
It sounds as if you have a very busy life, all the running and the family. I have no idea if 5:2 will help you go faster, you can only try it and see. I wish you well with it all.

You shouldn't have any difficulty with your busy life which sounds to be chocked full of exercise. Best of luck to you. Keep us all posted on your progress.
