If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

I fast on a Monday and a Thursday but 6 weeks ahead of you!

Well I have been quietly doing this for 4 weeks now, lost 5lbs in my first week but now things have slowed down alot. I have stopped weighing myself as I find this is not good for my motivation - nothing worse than sticking to 5.2, thinking you have done great and only lost 1/2lb or gained!! I think your clothes and looking in the mirror are good indictors if your shape is changing. Mesuring is a good idea too.
I agree that planning is the key, make sure you know what you are going to eat on your fast days - makes things alot easier!
