I'm new here and new to the 5:2 having only done 1 fast so far on Thursday. I have around 1.5-2 stone I'd like to lose.
I found my first fast day relatively easy, yes I was hungry but I didn't feel like I was particularly irritable (although my family may disagree!) and I feel that I may already be noticing changes to my eating patterns following Thursday - although again I'm not sure how much of this is psychological.
I'm really encouraged by the stories, facts and info that I've read on here and am looking forward to sharing my successes (positive mind set and all that) and getting answers to any questions I may have.
