For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

I love this 5;2 fast diet.

I have been on the diet 2 weeks now. I have already felt a decrease in my appetite and a dislike of feeling too full. I love the fact that if the day I chose is not suitable , I just do it the next. though will attempt Mondays and Thursdays.
When I am hungry, I think just think of the health benefits. glad to be on this forum to get help tips and support. hopefully i will be able to offer the same when i have been here a few weeks. :grin:

I'm only 1 week in and feel the same re appetite. Also trying to do Mon and Thurs but love the flexibility

Hope you are still doing well. I am looking forward top my fast day tomorrow. it makes me feel great. I thought i would have to miss a day this week,as I was going out for a meal. but i realized I hadn't eaten anything since 7pm the night before, so just fasted from 7pm til 7pm the next day. It worked for me and meant I didn't miss a days fasting.
