For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hello from a new dieter!!

Yesterday was my first day :victory: of fasting and though I thought it was going to be harder it actually went really well :grin:

Hope I'll continue getting a lot of good info from this forum and you lovely ladies!

Glad to hear you found it easier than you thought it would be, it's quite surprising really isn't it? I don't miss food at all on my fast days now and in fact I love not having to think about what I want to eat etc during a fast day - and knowing how good my dinner is going to taste!!

Hello Vee. Yesterday was my first fast day too and yes the reality was surprisingly easier than the thought of it! Hope it continues this way :)
