If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Another one of those newbies!!

Hi guys!

I have just registered so thought I would introduce myself before going for a roam around the site :smile:

I'm Hannah (in case you hadn't guessed :razz: ) and I am a 25 year old Radiotherapy student from Manchester, currently living in Gloucestershire. I also work as a healthcare assistant and with working shifts have previously found other diets hard to stick to and would always slip up with convenience foods! I'm also a big lover of comfort foods and crisps which I have found hard to give up so very happy I've found something where I don't have to!

I'm currently on 'holiday' at my parents place so planning to do my first fast day in the next couple of weeks when I'm back to my normal routine at home. Grandma cooked food is just too tempting to be around on a fast day!
