First fast day done!
20 Mar 2013, 10:47
Well, completed my first fast day yesterday and I found it quite hard.
I had 260 cals for brunch, at 11am and 240 cals for my evening meal.
I was really hungry as the day wore on, it didnt help that I had DDs parents evening last night which delayed eating until 8.30pm.
Had lots of water, fruit tea, black tea throughout the day.

Have woke up today really dizzy but its wearing off now Ive eaten.

I do have a lot to lose so I was under no illusion that it would be hard at first.Just need to carry on and hopefully it will get better! Fasting again tomorrow!

I am sure it will get easier. I barely get hungry now. If I do, I have a coffee with milk. Just that little bit of a caffeine hit and a few calories of milk stills the hunger pangs. You just have to be careful you keep track of the calories.
