If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hello
I just wanted to say hello to you all. I am starting the plan tomorrow 21st March, 2013. Its my birthday on Friday the 22nd March so I am wishing to enter my 53rd Year a lot healthier and lose a couple of stone along the way. I plan to stick to 500 cals on what I will call my 'cleansing days' and still keep to healthy eating for the rest of the week.

I will let you know how I get on.

Many happy returns for Friday, hope you have a lovely time. There are quite a few people sharing your profile which can be very helpful. There's lots of info and advice and support waiting for you to discover. The tracker is really good to monitor your progress and help compare to similar people so please do remember to fill it in.
