I just wanted to say hello to you all. I am starting the plan tomorrow 21st March, 2013. Its my birthday on Friday the 22nd March so I am wishing to enter my 53rd Year a lot healthier and lose a couple of stone along the way. I plan to stick to 500 cals on what I will call my 'cleansing days' and still keep to healthy eating for the rest of the week.
I will let you know how I get on.
