If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Thought I would give the site a go. I started the 5:2 last month, but haven't really been tracking my "progress". Looks like a useful site, and will try the progress tracker this week.

welcome chicken run! I'm new, just started 2 weeks ago and on my 5th ever fast.Have just discovered the progress tracker so will be filling that in. i do think its helpful to have an allocated weigh in day/time to avoid being disappointed with the fluctations through the week, so the progress tracker helps.
how have you found it so far?

I'm actually quite enjoying it - and think that it will work better for me in the long term, because now I have realised that I don't feel hungry on the fast days, I don't find it that hard. The difficult thing is fitting in the running and cycling I was doing on non fast days.
