Although I haven't been doing this WOE for long - just finishing my 3rd week , I have seen the most positive results this week. I truly believe its because I'm counting my calories on feast days (and for sure on my fast days). I just wasn't seeing much happen the first two weeks and while I "thought" I was eating within my TDEE, the honest truth is I wasn't counting or measuring to be sure that i was. This week I have been and, although its more work, I know 2 things for sure, (1) I know for sure now that I was eating more than my TDEE on my my feast days; and (2) I've seen more downward movement on the scale this week.
So, if you're frustrated because you're not seeing anything happen and you're not currently counting/measuring, I would suggest doing so.
