Today is my first day on the 5:2 diet. I watched the Horizon episode on the internet a couple of nights ago, and then went out and brought the book yesterday. And read that in 2.5 hours!
I've been doing SW for the past 2-3 years, and have lost 3 stone on it, but get incredibly frustrated that it doesn't always work around my life (ie. having to buy lunch on the run or not being able to go out with friends as I haven't enough syns etc). I also seem to feel incredibly bad about myself when I eat anything "bad" and that can sometimes lead to bingeing. I'm hoping that not only will I lose the rest of my weight (about 4st to go), gain the health benefits, but also finally have a healthier relationship with food.
My statistics today are:-
Height: 5ft 7in
Weight: 14st 6lb
Body Fat: 44%
BMI: 31.6
Waist Measurement: 36in
