Thought I'd sign up for this forum as I've just completed my first fast, I had my last meal Wednesday night, it's now Friday morning.
I decided not to eat anything yesterday just water and coffee and I'm feeling pretty good this morning, kind of on a bit of a high and generally feeling positive about this change in lifestyle.
I am planning to fast Monday Wednesday and Fridays as I work during the week it's easy to stay busy at work and ignore the hunger!
Does anyone else skip food altogether? I don't feel like I missed anything about dinner other than the social aspect of eating with my wife and two small children.
Fingers crossed ill keep it up
