Hi,
I'm new to the diet too and tomorrow is my weigh day. I find the fast days aren't easy but they're not life threatening either and I enjoy being in control. So many other diets I've been on are so controlling but this is a revelation and am so loving it. If you need any help the people here are excellent and full of knowledge, hints and tips.
Take care & good luck.
