If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hi from Santa Fe, NM. My husband and I started this new approach to food management. We've been doing this now for 4 weeks, and I'm down 8 lbs. Had some feast day overindulgences, but the fast day has always recovered me to at least the previous low point.
We travel as much as possible, and had particularly been searching for a way to prevent the 5 lb plus weight bounce after our trips, with 3 weeks of pain to lose that weight again. So far, we are finding that we can manage the fast days at home, and think we will manage while traveling.
I think this diet is genius!

Welcome and congratulations on your weight loss! I continue to be amazed at how well this WOE fits into so many different life styles. I'm sure that it will fit into yours both when you are away and when you are at home, This forum is brilliant if you ever need any help or support along the way so we look forward to hearing from you again.
