Well this is my first post ever. Never joined a forum before so here goes, hope it works.
I've been doing the diet on my own for 8 weeks after reading a couple of the books.It's been going ok.I've done 21 fasts,alternating between 5:2 & 4:3 - & lost 12lbs so far - only another stone and a half to go!
The fasts have been becoming easier although this week's been hard.I don't know if it's the colder weather or what but I've struggled this week.
The biggest difference I've noticed so far,is the increase in my energy levels so long may that continue because I'm doing it for health reasons as well losing weight.
After reading posts for the last few days,I'm really looking forward to joining in with all the chat
