If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
I too am a little dubious and now expecting to just see no loss or even gains in the following weeks!
But apparently the idea of weight fluctuations if they appear is normal and the object of this is the steady but slow loss overall..
I also can just feel a sense of comfort in a pair of trousers that I haven't worn since I got pregnant in December 11, so something must be happening right?!
Just keep doing what you are doing and commit to it even if you see a little gain and your body will do the rest.
