If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

I've completed 3 weeks and have lost 7 pounds. The saying, "if something seems too good to be true, it usually is" keeps playing in my head. However, having said that, my pants which were all getting snug in the waist are now fitting normally and some are even baggy. Does anyone else think this?
Hi manaunl, I have lost 3.6 kg in 3 weeks, which I believe is around 7.5lbs or so?
I too am a little dubious and now expecting to just see no loss or even gains in the following weeks!
But apparently the idea of weight fluctuations if they appear is normal and the object of this is the steady but slow loss overall..
I also can just feel a sense of comfort in a pair of trousers that I haven't worn since I got pregnant in December 11, so something must be happening right?!
Just keep doing what you are doing and commit to it even if you see a little gain and your body will do the rest.

Well done both, it is lovely when you see results isn't it? You might find that things slow down a little as you get to week 4 or so but if you keep going you will continue to get results and you will start to notice your clothes fitting more comfortably even if the scales slow down.
It's a great feeling to see results so quickly! And LOVE that my clothes are feeling so much better! :)
