I want to lose weight (25kg in total) as well as enjoy the health benefits. I have tried many diets over the years (I am 45) and whilst SW has been really successful for me, life gets in the way and I weigh more than when I started and I find it too restrictive (although it is probably one of the least restrictive of diets)
So positive thinking, I am looking forward to seeing how it feels exercising on both feast and famine days though I have stinking cold at the moment so will see how that goes this week!
I look forward to keeping in touch and using the support, as and when I can get to the Internet (probably outside work hours).
