I am heading towards a rather big birthday at the end of this year and Ive fed up of being fat and frumpy and much rather be going for F**** and Fabulous!
The only time weight dropped of me was at a rather unpleasant time for me when my H and I split up, looking back I suspect I had inadvertantly put myself on a fasting diet, so reading this forum seems to hit home with how I used to eat.
So here I am giving a go intentionally this time and fingers crossed I get the same effect.
One question the best days for me to fast would be the week days I go to ride my horse, monday/wednesday. Ideally I get the yard about six and quite honestly am so tired could collapse into bed and not be too bothered about eating dinner. So would eat my calories between 8am and 4pm when I leave work, does anyone think this would cause me a problem?
