Today I start my second week of 5:2 and the first week was a success!
I must say that I already went on a 500-calories diet for 3 weeks in the past, so I knew I could do it. I can't be moderate, though, so the 5:2 is just great for me.
I get through my fasting days with coffee, tea and keeping as busy as possible.
It's great to see so many people sharing their experience!
