For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hi im new to forums but found this one very friendly and helpful , i started this diet on the 18th of march and so far have lost 3 lb and im really enjoying it i want to have lost 3 stone by September

Thank you , this site really keeps me motivated and your right good to sound off to others, im trying to keep this a secret from my friend to see if they notice any weight loss !
