If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hello all - happy to be here.

Up and down and up and down is how my weight has gone for the last 15 years. I had my first daughter in June 2001 and gained 60 lbs. from my super fit wedding weight. I lost just half of that over 9 months before getting pregnant again ... with twins. They joined our fam in Oct. 2012 and we are certainly DONE having babies, so time to pick up where I left off and drop that last 30. Unsurprisingly, I have no time with 3 kids under 2 years old to track points, so here I am. I have always exercised regularly, so it's just food I'd like to control.

So happy to be here with all of you. Fasting Day 1, so far so good.

Welcome and what a great family you have, fun times ahead and they will help to get you slim. My twin daughters are 34 this year and their little bro 29 so I can get my rose tinted specs on and look back on those busy days.
