Last week I started with 5:2. I am 72 years living in Holland, with a BMI of 27,95.
So something has to be done. I don't fancy diets, it doesn't really help. I read about 5:2 and Mosley. Bought immidiately his book and started. And I like it.
I am very curious to find out what will happen in de next months.
(Hope to lose weight of course)
