For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hi All,
Last week I started with 5:2. I am 72 years living in Holland, with a BMI of 27,95.
So something has to be done. I don't fancy diets, it doesn't really help. I read about 5:2 and Mosley. Bought immidiately his book and started. And I like it.
I am very curious to find out what will happen in de next months.
(Hope to lose weight of course)

It's ok and works. Take it easy if you feel tired or weak, don't cheat but don't starve either. Make sure you eat well (quality not quantity) on feed days and try to get past the first few weeks, as it gets much easier after then.
