If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Almost two weeks in!

Hi all.


I'm on my 3rd fast day and really surprising myself! I seem to be managing my hunger really well even when I'm at home doing very little. I thought it would be more difficult when you're not busy but so far seems to be okay :smile:

It's really great to have found this forum as it's always great to have support when trying something new, especially when the concept might seem so alien to others!

The results are promising so far so I shall keep plodding on and look forward to a skinny me before the year is out :grin:
