Firstly I would like to say thank you to you all, you've inspired me so much by reading the various topics and advices, and when I've been stuck I've just searched for the answer on these forums. It's surprisingly very easy to navigate around.
I started the 5:2 diet just over 2 weeks ago and today is my fourth fast day. It's got easier over time, and I'm also eating one meal in the evening. I feel great, have more energy, and don't feel bloated anymore. It's definitely becoming a WOL for me.
