I've decided that after much reading and stuff that I will give this a try and see how I fare.
I'm going to be fasting Thursdays and Tuesdays I think although I may change that at some point.
I'm armed with lots of water and green tea for tomorrow, I'm thinking maybe weetabix and milk for breakfast, carrots for a lunchtime snack and then maybe an omelette in the evening - that should meet a 500cal target, any suggestions or alternatives will be greatly appreciated
