For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hi! Today is my 3rd fast, 2nd week. I've been perusing this forum for a couple of weeks which has been super helpful, especially on fast days!

Easter weekend I really overdid it. Candy, chocolates, au gratin potatoes, etc. I stepped on the scale today expecting some weight gain, but surprisingly had lost another 1/2 pound since last weigh in! :smile:

Today I feel more hungry than the last 2 fasts, but I'm thinking it's from overeating the last 3 days. But, will have some herbal tea and miso soup soon to take the edge off hopefully!
This forum has been great! Can't wait to get my husband on this WOE, but first he wants to watch the PBS program Wednesday. I'm sure after that airs, we'll have a few more Americans joining in!

Hi devdoz & welcome! Some times it's good to increase the calories as it keeps the body guessing, at least that's my excuse :lol:
