Our Frequently Asked Questions topic will answer many of your fasting & weight loss questions!

If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Welcome ! Lots of friendly people here with good info and questions answered. My husband is doing it with me also so makes it alot easier. This is the easiest way of eating that we have ever done. They say it takes 2 weeks of doing something to be a regular habit and now we don't think twice about it. Good luck on your journey :)

Hi there, I am new to this forum but have been doing the diet for the past four weeks. I have lost half a stone. I missed the Horizon programme last summer but watched it on YouTube in February after hearing about the diet from a friend.I hope to shift just two stone but aim to eat like this forever!! I have also read the book by M.Mosley and my husband is currently reading it too.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are my less-to-eat days, so today I am a little hungry. I haven't eaten since last night at 7pm. I will eat a light evening meal at 6pm. My husband has started this week, the same days except he eats a small bowl of unsweetened porridge for breakfast. If we feel peckish we eat an apple at lunch. We drink water and herbal tea throughout the day.
For me it is definatley a belt tightening experience and on the other days I no longer want to eat as much as I did before!
