I watched the Horizon program online last week and was totally inspired to change to this way of life.
My one simple question is whether the health benefits are any greater by fasting completely for 24 hours, or whether it makes any difference if the fast day calories are consumed say in 3 small meals throughout the day? I'm pretty sure I can do either of these, and my preference is to fast completely from dinner yesterday until dinner today, but I was just wondering if this is more beneficial or not?
