If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Second day of 5:2

I am about to start the second day of the fast. First day (Tuesday) was not at all easy as a work colleague who has a need to feed everyone else was offering post Easter chocolate on a constant basis. I resisted and managed OK. The good thing was that I didn't feel tempted yesterday either.
By way of introduction I am a middle aged man in Sydney, Australia. Not good with conventional diets - The relentlessness leads me to cave in too easily. The notion of watching everything I eat for 2 days feels manageable.
