We are both pretty amazed how effortless this plan has been and how fast we have lost weight. We have been careful on the other 5 days, and I think that has contributed to fast weight loss. To be honest I only wish to loose another 4 lbs but my husband is looking for 10-15.
I am a pretty accomplished cook, and have devised some good meals keeping us under 500/600 calories on fast days. But to be honest, we both still get hungry! Thank you for this forum, I just signed on and now it's time to read through some of the postings here.
