If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Started unofficially on the 10th March at 142lbs. Weight fluctuated between 144 - 140lbs and was getting a bit disheartened. Decided to buy the book and follow it properly last week. What a difference - I have lost almost 4lb in one week. I still expect some fluctuation but the joy of breaking though a 'stone' barrier is fantastic!
Congrats on what you've achieved so far! I was just wondering what the book had told you differently from what you had been doing previously?
