I have just started the 5:2 diet this week. I was previously on the VLCD diet and found it really difficult to stick to.
My mum suggested I tried this diet that her boyfriend is on.
I know I am not ridiculously overweight but the doctor has told me I am overweight so I want to shift about 5 pounds! It shouldn't take long but I am a serial binger.
I am 21, 5'4 and 10 stone. BMI is about 24.
I was trying to exercise as well as diet but I have had a throat infection for a few days &&& I am on shift work so my days range from early mornings, evenings and night shift. Shifts are making it difficult to control my calorie intake!
If anyone has any tips that would be great!
