Rather than big losses.
This is week two and day two as I do a Monday and
A Thursday
I'm still playing with the right combo but it seems 150 for breakfast
And 350 at about five works best for me at the mo.
Am using this site on my iPhone so Im a bit clumsy and not sure if there is an app that's better ??
