If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
I find that the fast days get easier as your body gets more used to it. Sometimes I even look forward to my next fast day...
Yes I find it easier and just generally less of a big deal as time goes on.
It's very noticeable that the stomach rumbles and hunger pangs you get at first, simply start to disappear. This makes the whole thing less problematic.

I'm amazed how even after only one fast I have started to appreciate food (and drinks) so much more and have found myself hesitating before snacking on unhealthy items....well so far at any rate!
