Just started my 1st fasting day and looking forward to this exciting time and the rest of my life a lot healthier.
I'm in my Mid 40s and looking to lose a few stones. I have been reading this forum for the past few day and see that this will be the diet/ way of life that I will succeed in losing the lbs.
Looking for a diet buddy to assist me on this venture that we can support each other t reach our goal. My Fasting days are to be Monday and Thursday as these are my busy days at work. I will need to change my night time eating habit, No more chesses, biscuits bread and chocolate cookie.
