After reading the book last week, I decided I can do this as long as I stick with tomorrow is an eating day at least in my head as my mantra so many times I have tried dieting and then I'm faced with a party or a dinner out and I get so weak and cave.
I live in New York, had lap band in 2005 weighed in at 234.6lbs and the lowest I got was 157lbs. Today I am 173 lbs and need to stop this yoyo dieting that I do to myself. The fact that this diet allows you such flexibility is wonderful and I can handle writing down everything that goes in my mouth for two days.
I read a lot of posts here and the support is amazing. I would love to be part of the group.
