If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

I've lost 10 pounds in a little over 2 weeks. I love this diet. :heart: I finally found something that I feel I can turn into a lifestyle instead of just a diet. When I'm hungry - I just keep saying to myself - tomorrow, you can have that. I can handle 1 day of willpower.
Hello and welcome. That's an amazing loss! You will probably find that it evens out as time goes on to the average of about a pound a week. It is very hencouraging though! Measure yourself too, as thesis a good indicator if the pounds are slower to shift. And do put your stats into the progress tracker. Keep us posted on your progress and good luck.

That is exactly the point for me as well. One day is manageable. Another bonus is that I eat smaller portions because my stomach feels full earlier than before.

My weight loss is much slower now but that's ok. It's a lifestyle change and slower weight loss = permanent weight loss or so I hear. My clothes are looser and I plan to start measuring myself. Also, I am telling everyone I know to try this plan. I've gotten 2 friends on it so far.
