I am on my first week of 5:2
I have the book and I am reading it and I am loving the concept of this diet
You know this may sound weird but I actually like the feeling of hunger
I felt it so much as a child , being 1 of 11 children , and in hard times , we often didnt eat every day , well much anyway
and I am finding I feel better and fresher and lighter after only completing my 2 days so far
I was disgusted at my BMI 32 OMG I never saw myself as tht fat
clearly looking through Rose coloured glasses
DISGUSTING ME!
But , I really feel on the right track now , weiight recorded , BMI done , Partner in crime sorted (HUBBY) so here goes
I am looking forward to the suppost and suggestions on here
