I skipped breakfast today, very easy for me. For lunch I had a small salad with low cal dressing (total 300 cal)@ 12:30pm, Right now i'm doing pretty good. I plan on having another 300 Cals for dinner around 7pm and then not eat until breakfast.(8am)
Is this enough fasting time? In the book he does breakfast and dinner, but I know theres no way I could get through the day without lunch.
