For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Im on my first fast day and im not sure if what i'm doing will work.

I skipped breakfast today, very easy for me. For lunch I had a small salad with low cal dressing (total 300 cal)@ 12:30pm, Right now i'm doing pretty good. I plan on having another 300 Cals for dinner around 7pm and then not eat until breakfast.(8am)

Is this enough fasting time? In the book he does breakfast and dinner, but I know theres no way I could get through the day without lunch.
As long as you're sticking to your 600 calories you're fine. I have 3 meals and a snack on fast days...
Hi Peteo, I do roughly the same as you, 200 cal for lunch, 300 for dinner. I try to make sure I've had over 12 hours of not eating at all from when I ate before going to sleep to lunchtime, though today I didn't eat lunch until really late. I would say do whatever works for you, and only worry about it if you're not losing weight/getting the benefits you want. Good luck :clover:
