After 3 weeks of occasional lurking, I thought I'd go ahead and set up an account and introduce myself. I'm 34 and in Boston and found out about this after researching (with desperation) how I can lose the remaining 20 lbs from my pregnancy. I've been exercising regularly since about 8 week post-partum and really started to watch my calories and ramp up the exercise at about 14 months PP, when I weaned my little one. Unfortunately, the scale is stuck so I'm REALLY hoping that this will be the answer I've been searching for!
I do 2 consecutive days of fasting (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)-which actually works out to be 55 total hours or so of fasting. This seems to work best with my lifestyle. Mommy DOES love her mommy juice, aka, wine so I like to keep the weekends free for that. I've lost about 3 pounds in 3 weeks, which seems to be pretty much the trend around here. I honestly wish it was more since I still continue to exercise but any loss is ok by me. My BMI is 24.46 and I'm looking to get back to 20.1 which is what it was before I got pregnant
