I managed to get down to my goal weight earlier last year but as always it has slowly crept back on.
I am only on my second 'fast' day but I must say I have been pleasantly surprised at how well I'm finding it.
I'm a serial grazer so I thought I would really struggle not eating much during the day but i'm really not, it's strangely liberating knowing my body is repairing itself today.
Reading up on tips and notes from others on their 'fast days' here is really helping too...thanks
