If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!
May I ask what aspect of the forums you are 'at sea with' and then maybe we could help? You can use the 'Search' box at the top, left corner of the page and this may help you find specific topics or if you want to ask a question or make comment on your progress there are different sub-forums in which you can do so.
I hope this helps but don't hesitate to use 'Post Reply' if you need further information.
Once you have started posting, you can also check for new replies by clicking on 'view your posts'.
Ones that have replies will have a red symbol and, by clicking the small gret box to the left of the title, you'll be taken to your last unread post.
