I am starting tomorrow and just wanted some support. I watched the programme on the BBC and wanted to give this a go.
Would appreciate some support from everyone and hear about how much weigh everyone has lost.
I did the cambridge diet last year and lost 2 stone but i have since gained a stone and am very unhappy so want to give this a try. I have started doing more exercise, walking and aerobics to see if this might help.
Can't wait to get started )
