For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hi everyone

I am starting tomorrow and just wanted some support. I watched the programme on the BBC and wanted to give this a go.

Would appreciate some support from everyone and hear about how much weigh everyone has lost.

I did the cambridge diet last year and lost 2 stone but i have since gained a stone and am very unhappy so want to give this a try. I have started doing more exercise, walking and aerobics to see if this might help.

Can't wait to get started :))

Hello, I started the diet on a fast day today and its gone ok, it was easier than I thought, kept drinking water. I just had a healthy meal and feel more hungry to be honest!

Hi Marchy, welcome to the forum. Take a look at my chart, its very down and up and yes I do get disheartened when I put weight on but in 3 months I have still lost 1st 2lb. The best advice I can give you is to stick with the forum, it really is very informative and very supportive. If you are struggling on a fast day go on the forum - you can spend a lot of time on it and it does take your mind off fasting.
