The FastDay Forum

Introduce Yourself!

Our Frequently Asked Questions topic will answer many of your fasting & weight loss questions!

If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hello All *waves*

This is my 2nd wk on the 5:2 diet, this forum has been such a great source of information so thanks to all that contribute.
There does not to seem to be alot of other info anywhere.

Had a good result in my first wk, 6lb and 3 inchs off the waist.

I have tweeked it a bit this wk though as i thought that was a bit to much to lose in 1 wk. I am calorie counting on feast days, still not sure how many to have though. This is why i've tweeked the plan this wk.

Started kettleworx this wk so the weights may balance out the weight lost.

Not come across any issues yet apart from feeling the cold more on fast days.

Fast days Tues/Thurs.

Going well so far.
WOW!! Great start! Enjoy the journey.
Thank you Lori :)

Have you been doing 5:2 long?

:)
