For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Hello all.

I'm new on the forum but been lurking for a few weeks and have been on 5:2 over the period.

Came across the forum by accident but 5:2 seemed to make a lot of sense to me.

I don't count calories but I'm already seeing good results after just 4 fast days and each one has been easier than the last!

We're a friendly group & there is lots of good information here as you probably already know.

Post your losses on the progress tracker please, it helps to see someone have good results.
