For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

Loving the international bit
Hope everything worked out on your first day....have you found that all the things you thought about eating today while fasting yesterday...you now really dont want?
I go to bed on a fast night thinking about hot buttered toast for breakfast....but next morning Im fine and settle down to my wheatabix without a backward glance!!
