If you're new and have a question or need some advice, please give us as much information as you can about your situation in order for us to be able to help you as best we can. For example, it's helpful to know your BMI/weight, how much you want to lose, any medical conditions which might affect your weight and (if you've started fasting already) how you do your fasts in terms of splitting up your calories, what you eat etc. Thanks!

I just wanted to say hello. I saw the documentary last year and have had the book since the New Year. I am starting the diet this week and had just finished planning my first fast day menu and stumbled across this forum...it will be a great source of information and support!

Hi Suse and welcome, it sounds as though you are in good place to start this way of life. These forums are invaluable especially on fast days when you can distract yourself from a rumbly tummy by having a browse on here. Make sure you update your starting measurements and weight in the Progress Tracker. You will be thrilled by the changes in a few weeks.
