I'm what would be called skinny-fat... you know the look, skinny arms and legs with the belly and boobs happening. (I'm a guy) I'd like to lose the belly and be able to tie the shoelaces without blowing like a hump-back.
A Brit friend turned me on to this diet and he has nothing but praise for the system and has lost a stone and a half since he started(being Canadian I of course had no idea how much weight that was) 21 lbs!!!!wow!!
Monday will be my very first fast day and I'm going in with positive attitude and enthusiasm. It might be some Lean Cuisine fasting days till I get the hang of things.
