After carrying around my mum's tum now for 2 years, I have decided to get rid of it. I previously have had success with WW, but when I tried it this time, it just didn't work as I just couldn't keep track of what I was eating every day, so I am hoping that as it is only 2 days that I need to eat compeletely differently to the rest of the family it wil be better.
Anyway, today was the start of the 5:2 diet, but my first fast is tomorrow and I am just about to meal plan. I am waiting for my book to arrive, so finding it a bit difficultto do this as calorie values seem to differ slightly.
I got so excited about starting this last night, however now, I am worrying slightly about my first fast, got a some miso soups in and need to think about when I should eat (3 small meals vs 2 larger ones). Wish me luck!
